Week 8: Breathe - You're Becoming

Hello, healing vessels.

I know I didn’t post last week, and I’m sorry. I was definitely on a roll, but sometimes we need to pause and take a moment.

Today’s post doesn’t have a scripture or a story. It’s simply a reminder to breathe. Take time to reflect and truly learn more about yourself. This may be a season of separation—where you’re learning and unlearning different parts of who you are.

Remember to be patient. This isn’t something you figure out and accomplish all at once; it’s a lifelong journey. There will always be lessons to learn, mistakes that give birth to grace, and moments of confusion that eventually lead to alignment.

Every day won’t be perfect. But if you give yourself grace, push away the noise around you, and take a deep breath—trusting that everything will be okay—you’ll find peace in the process.

God is watching you, and He loves that you’re taking the time to be with Him, to learn Him, and to love Him for who He is—not just for what He can do.

Keep your head high. You’re almost there. And when you arrive, you’ll understand why everything happened the way it did.

I love you—but God loves you more.
