Week 13: Go Through It

I believe we all are, or once have been, in a season that felt unbearable to endure. We experienced doubt, confusion, and curious thoughts about how things were going to turn out. Honestly, some circumstances can make us want to give up completely and stop caring about anything connected to them.

Even though we may feel tempted to say “forget it” and walk away, God can give us the strength to go through it. Many of us try to go around the problem while God is telling us to go through it. Do not waste this precious season trying to avoid conflict when the conflict itself may be revealing something important about who you are. It is producing growth, stamina, courage, exposure, and strength within you.

We may not always understand or like the way God is leading us, but we must remain obedient. Remind yourself that He knows the plans for your life. If that is true, then wouldn’t this situation also have purpose? God would not design our lives for evil or failure, so wouldn’t the end result be victory?

Keep your head high and continue marching forward. God has not forgotten about you. In the right time and season, things will change.
