  • What am I holding onto right now that I can release, even just for this moment?

Maybe it’s stress, overthinking, pressure, or even something someone said. Picture yourself loosening your grip on it—just for a second—and as you exhale, let it fall away, even if only temporarily.

  • What would it feel like to slow down instead of trying to figure everything out?

Imagine giving yourself permission to not have the answers right now. No solving, no rushing—just being. Let your shoulders drop, unclench your jaw, and take a slow breath in… and out.

  • Can I allow myself to be here—without rushing, fixing, or controlling anything?

Right here, in this exact moment, nothing else matters. No next step, no expectations. Just your breath. Inhale deeply… hold… and exhale slowly, allowing yourself to simply exist without pressure.
