Identity Research Exercise:

  • What thoughts have I been believing about myself that do not align with what God says about me?

(Write them down. Then find one truth from Scripture to replace each one.)

  • When I feel guilt or shame, do I run toward God or away from Him? Why?

What would it look like to respond with faith instead of fear?

  • List three practical things I can do this week to realign my perspective with the Lord’s view of me.

(Examples: speaking Scripture aloud, journaling gratitude, praying before self-criticism takes root, serving someone, or setting aside quiet time with Him.)

  • According to Ephesians 2:8–10, what qualifies me for salvation and purpose?

How does that change the way I see myself today?

  • If I truly believed I was already chosen, loved, and saved by grace, how would I move differently in my daily life?
